The best book is the best book you now think is the best book till the next best book becomes the best book at that time, and with each "best book" you become my best daughter. But then you are my only daughter. So you are then my only best daughter.

Fabulous drop, for so many reasons. I think this drop really explains your Jewish journey very well and the fact that you used a book group experience and a book to help your readers understand your journey and take us along with you through the structure of a book talk is lovely and enlightening, for me. I love that you talk about how to make Judaism for work the individual, especially in today’s world where not only do we have to be agile, flexible and adapt, but also we may derive meaning from Torah differently because context is different from what is was long long ago - there are more things to see, feel, relate things too…. I could go on but exercise class awaits.

Just wanted to let you know that my Drop comment was NOT meant to be as obnoxious as it was!

It was a first draft that I was going to rewrite -I love the way a second draft changes the first: but my fat fingers pressed send by Mistake.

I felt bad about that!

So bad that I’m writing about it today!

And it’s on Kindle

Just bought it!

I like reading two books during a specific time period — : alternating between the two.

I like to see what each can bring to the other book: opening a new creative thought, experience, emotion: adding or peeling/ uncovering a godly mini- revelation that holds me in the center. Not exactly what the authors had anticipated or the authors might not have realized the potential.

Right nowI’m alternating g reading it with Doris Day’ autobiography.

God might not have an initially been a fan but my bet the release off her ouevre
