You highlight aspects of Judaism that not always upper most In people’s minds yet most worthy of being so. You keep us on our toes and a virtuous path. Shabbat Shalom 💕🇮🇱
What a lovely and inspirational read! I have a nephew with CP who feels it’s better to be nothing and do nothing, so I especially admire Daniel! Also, I now have a physical disability and need a leg brace to walk. I relate to Daniel because I also see it as a gift from God. Miranda, you rock! Good shabbos 🪬
"I can't hide my disability, so why should I hide my Jewish identity?" I love this quote, especially during a time since Oct. 7 when many Jews hide their Jewish identity out of fear, such as not wearing or displaying their Star of David worn around their neck. I appreciated this Drop and Daniel's messages of perseverance and optimism in the face of great obstacles. I wish others who read this, who have physical limitations (that may be less challenging that Daniel's), see that to live a full life you must move on past what limits you and celebrate what is good in your live and what you can do for yourself, and others, to make things even better.
I always enjoy your Shabbat Drops
