I love bagels and I love this article. My favorite bagel place was in Hartsdale, NY. I always got a tuna fish on a plain bagel and sometimes we snuck there for lunch from high school. It was called The Bagel Emporium. But now I want to go to utopia bagels in Queens. I was raised as a secular Jew but now I attend Shabbat some Fridays so I am getting more religious.
